ANALISIS PENGARUH LABEL HALAL, BRAND IMAGE, DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PRODUK MS GLOW
ABSTRACT
The research that has been carried out by researchers aims to determine
and analyze the influence of several variables including halal labels, brand image
and product quality on customer loyalty. The sampling technique used in this
research used purposive sampling on 200 respondents who were Ms Glow
customers in Karanganyar. This research was conducted using a quantitative
approach. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear
regression equations. The research results in this study state that the halal label
variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the brand image
variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the product
quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. So it can
be concluded that to increase Ms Glow customer loyalty, the company can increase
the use of halal label variables, brand image and product quality.
