Pengaruh Green WOM, Green Percieved Value, dan Environmental Concern Terhadap Green Purchase intention Dengan Green Trust Sebagai Variabel Intervening
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of green word of mouth
(GWOM), green perceived value, and Environmental Concern on environmentally
friendly purchasing intentions through green trust. The population in this research
is all the people of Sukoharjo Regency who know the Chatime Eco Cup product.
The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling and the type of sampling
applied was purposive sampling with a sample size of 148 respondents.
The variables used in this research consist of three types of variables,
namely independent variables (X), dependent variables (Y), and intervening
variables (Z). The independent variables in this research are green word of mouth,
green perceived value, and environmental concern. Meanwhile, the dependent
variable in this research is environmentally friendly purchasing intentions. And the
intervention variable in this research is green trust. The data analysis method used
is PLS-SEM analysis. Data processing uses the Smart-PLS version 4.0 program
The research results show that the variables environmental concern, green
trust, and green word of mouth (GWOM) have a positive and significant effect on
environmentally friendly purchasing intentions. Green Perceived Value,
Environmental Concern, and Green Word of Mouth (GWOM) have a positive and
significant effect on Green Trust. The influence of green WOM and green perceived
value on environmentally friendly purchasing intentions through green trust is
positive and significant, but environmental concern on environmentally friendly
purchasing intentions through green trust is positive and not significant.
