Pengaruh Service Excellence, Store Atmosphere, Dan Fasilitas Self-service Terhadap Kenyamanan Berbelanja Pelanggan Sociolla
ABSTRACT
This research aims to find out there is an influence of service excellence,
store atmosphere, and self-service facilities on a customer shopping comfort at
Sociolla. This research is aimed at customers of Sociolla outlets in Solo Paragon
Mall. The research method used was quantitative, and the sample was taken using
a non-probability sampling method, namely using purposive sampling. The sample
in this research was 125 respondent who live in Surakarta. Data collection uses
instruments in the form of questionnaires, both google form and offline
questionnaires. . The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS version 23
program. For data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression through
hypothesis testing, namely partial test or calculated t test. The result of partial
testing state that (1) Service Excellence has a positive and significant effecton
Shopping Convenience, (2) Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect
on Shopping Convenience, and (3) Self-service Facilities has a positive and
significant effect on Shopping Convenience. The result of this research state that a
customer shopping convenience can be influenced by excellent service from shop
assistant, the atmosphere store, and facilities in the form of self-service for Sociolla
customers
