Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Brand Image Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Restoran Shigeru Japanese Fresh Deli Solo Square
ABSTRACT
This research aims to know and analyze the effect of product quality, service
quality and Brand images to customer satisfiy in Shigeru Japanese Fresh Deli
Restaurant in Solo Square mall. The sample that used adjust from Sugiyono's
formula retrieval which is based on accidental sampling of 100 respondents in
Shigeru Japanese Fresh Deli Restaurant. This research was adapted to a
quantitative method based on questionnaires as data collection material which was
analyzed using SSPS 23 software.
The results of this research show that 1) Product Quality has a positive and
significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Shigeru Japanese Fresh Deli Solo
Square Restaurant. 2) Service Quality influences has a positive and significant
effect on Customer Satisfaction at Shigeru Japanese Fresh Deli Solo Restaurant.
3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of
Shigeru Japanese Fresh Deli Solo Square Restaurant.
As a matter of fact, it can be concluded that the better the quality of the
product offered will increase customer satisfaction, likewise the quality of the
service provided will increase customer satisfaction, and a better brand image will
increase customer satisfaction.
