PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN CITRA MEREK MELALUI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DIMODERASI KOMUNITAS TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN SEPATU FUTSAL ORTUSEIGHT
ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and
brand image through consumer satisfaction moderated by the community on
customer loyalty for Ortuseight futsal shoes. This research uses a quantitative
method that presents results in the form of numbers. The population in this study is
people aged 15-30 years who have used Ortuseight futsal shoes who live in Solo
Raya with a total of 108 respondents. Data processing in this research uses
SmartPLS 3. The results of this research include: Product quality has a positive
and significant influence on customer satisfaction, Brand image does not have a
positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, Customer satisfaction
has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, Quality product has a
positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer
satisfaction, Brand image does not have a positive and significant influence on
customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, Product quality does not have a
positive and significant influence on customer loyalty moderated by community,
Brand image does not have a positive and significant influence community-
moderated customer loyalty.
