Analisis Dampak Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Pada Objek Wisata Benteng Van Den Bosch Ngawi Dengan Citra Destinasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth on
the decision to visit through destination image among visitors to the Fort Van Den
Bosch Ngawi tourist attraction.
This research uses a quantitative type of research. Sampling used non-
probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. The data
collection method uses a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. Hypothesis
testing uses the Path Coefficient and data analysis uses the help of Smart PLS 3
Software.
The results of this research show that the Electronic Word of Mouth variable
has a positive and significant effect on Visiting Decisions. The Electronic Word of
Mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on destination image. The
destination image variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to
visit. And the results of the mediation test show that the Electronic Word of Mouth
variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit through
destination image.
