PENGARUH KERAGAMAN PRODUK, SALES PROMOTION DAN POSITIVE EMOTION PADA TIKTOK LIVE TERHADAP PEMBELIAN IMPULSIF PRODUK SEPATU AEROSTREET (Pada Generasi Z di kota Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
Current technological developments are increasingly advanced, especially in the
business sector, many applications have sprung up, one of which is the Tiktiok
application. Tiktok is a social media and music video application released in September
2016 by Toutiao, Zhang Yiming from China and in this study discusses the effect of
product diversity, sales promotion and positive emotion on tiktok live on impulse
purchases of aerostreet shoe products.The method in this study is to use quantitative
methods and the sample size is 128 respondents. Sample collection technique with
questionnaires. And consists of two variables, namely: independent variables and
dependent variables. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Diversity, Sales
Promotion and Positive Emotion on Tiktok Live on Impulse Purchases of Aerostreet Shoe
Products in Surakarta.Based on the research results and discussion of the research
results described above, the following conclusions can be drawn product diversity, sales
promotion and positive emotion variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse
purchases of Aerostreet Shoes in Surakarta city.
