Pengaruh Online Customer Review Terhadap Pembelian Dimediasi Niat Beli Pada Layanan Gofood
ABSTRACK
This research aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews
on purchases mediated by purchase intentions for GoFood services. Collecting data
for this research used a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses purposive
sampling. There were 100 respondents and were processed using SmartPLS
version 4 software tools. This research method is quantitative research. The data
analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The results and conclusions of this research
show that (1) Online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on
purchase intentions. (2) Online customer reviews have a positive and notsignificant
effect on purchases. (3) Purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on
purchases. (4) Purchase intention mediates online customer reviews of purchases.
