Pengaruh Kebosanan Kerja Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
ABSTRAC
This research aims to find out that work boredom and work culture have an influence on
employee performance and also looks at motivation as a moderating variable. This research uses
questionnaires as a medium for collecting data and in taking samples using non probability sampling
techniques with saturated sampling with the number of samples used being 35 respondents from
35 employees. This research method is to use quantitative research methods with the help of the
smartpls 3.0 application as a tool for calculating the data that has been obtained, and using the
SEM Pls approach to analyze the data, in this research there are 4 variables,namely the
independent variabel is work boredom, work culture and the dependent variable, namely work
motivation. The results of this research show an r-square value of 0,751, which means that all
independent variables can explain 75,1% of the dependent variable, while the rest is not explained
by the variables in this research. The results of the work boredom variable have a significant
negative effect on employee performance, work culture hs a significant positive effect on work
culture performance,work motivation does not play a moderating role in the relationship between
work boredom and performance, work motivation does not play a moderating role in the
relationship between work culture and performance.
