ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DIGITAL, KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL, DAN PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PEMERINTAHAN KOTA SURAKARTA
ABSTRACT
This survey aims to test and analyze the impact of digital competence, professional
competence and organizational support perceptions on performance. The object of
the study was an employee of the government of the city of Surakarta with a sample
of 100 respondents. This research applies quantitative methods with the help of
SmartPLS software vr.4.0. The results show that: (1) Digital competence has no
positive and significant impact on Performance with t-statistic of (1.236 < 1.96),
and p-values of (0.217 > 0.05) (2) Professional competence does not have a positive
and meaningful impact on performance with a statistical t-value of (0.283 < 1.96)
and a p- values value (0.777 > 0.05). (3) Organizational support perception has a
positive, significant impact upon Performance with a -statistical of (51.887 > 1.96)
according to the t-table, and the p-values value is 0,000 < 0.05.
It can be concluded from these three variables that Perceptions Organizational
Support have the greatest impact on Employee Performance. In line with goal-
setting theory, Perceptions Organizational Support can highly influence employee
work by increasing emotional commitment. Organizational support received by
employees, such as care, appreciation, and membership, can satisfy the social,
emotional needs of employees with such existence and sense of family. The
perception of organizational support positively can also make an affective
relationship of employees to the organization, in turn can motivate employees to
the goals of the company better.
