MINAT BELI ULANG PRODUK BROWNIES CINTA CABANG KARTASURA BERDASARKAN LOKASI, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DAN KERAGAMAN PRODUK
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine whether location, service quality,
and product diversity affect the repurchase interest of Brownies Cinta products in
the Kartasura branch. The population in this study were consumers of Brownies
Cinta, Kartasura branch and the sample in this study amounted to 103 respondents.
The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling type
purposive sampling.
This research methodology uses quantitative methods. The data used is
primary data with data collection techniques using a questionnaire method with a
semantic differential scale. The variables in this study consist of independent
variables, namely location, service quality, and product diversity, and the
dependent variable is repurchase intention. The data analysis technique in this
study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics 25
application tool.
The results of this study indicate that location, service quality, and product
diversity simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely repurchase interest.
Based on the results of the t test (partial), it shows that location has no effect on
repurchase interest, service quality has a positive and significant effect on
repurchase interest, and product diversity has a positive and significant effect on
repurchase interest.
