Pengaruh Konflik Kerja, Ketidaknyamanan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha (WOM) Finance Surakarta
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of work conflict, work
discomfort and work load on PT employee turnover intention. WOM Finance
Surakarta.
The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The
population in this study were 35 employees of PT. WOM Finance Surakarta.
The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique with
saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques through
questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, instrument testing,
classical assumption testing, model accuracy testing, descriptive statistical
testing, hypothesis testing, using the SPSS version 22 program.
The research results show that work conflict has a positive and
significant effect on employee turnover intention, work discomfort has a
positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, and workload
has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention.
The conclusion of this research is that the higher the work conflict in
employees, the higher the level of turnover intention, the higher the work
discomfort, the higher the level of turnover intention and the higher the
workload on employees, the higher the turnover intention of employees.
