Pengaruh Mutasi dan Kesetaraan Gender terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Sukoharjo
ABSTRACT
This study to aims to determine the effect of mutation and gender equality on employee
performance at the Sukoharjo Primary Tax Service Office. The type of research used
is quantitative. The research population consists of 120 KPP Pratama Sukoharjo
employees and 30 employees as the sample. The sampling technique uses non
probabilistic sampling or purposive sampling method. The data of this study were in
the form of primary and secondary data which were collected through questionnaires
and literature study. The data analysis technique used the basic assumption test,
classical assumption hypothesis, multiple linier regression analysis and test the
coefficient of determination (R2
) with the analysis tool, namely the SPSS version 23
program. The results showed that: (1) Mutations have a positive and significan effect
on the performance of KPP Pratama Sukoharjo employees, (2) Gender equality have a
positive and significant effect on the performance of KPP Pratama Sukoharjo
employees, (3) The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained the
value of R Square 73,2% indicates that the performance of KPP Pratama Sukoharjo
employees can be influenced by mutation and gender equality variables, while the
remaining 26,8% is explained by other factors that are not included in the research
model.
