PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN DENGAN MEDIASI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN (Studi pada Konsumen Ayam Geprek Sako Kabupaten Sragen)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and brand image on customer loyalty by mediating customer satisfaction (a study of the customer Ayam Geprek Sak Sragen). The population in this research was customers of Ayam Geprek Sak Sragen who have shopped more than once, with a sample of 125 respondens who was taken using purposive sampling method. This research uses quantitative research methods with data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the AMOS application version 24.0.
The result showed that : (1) product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. (2) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (4) product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (5) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (6) brand image has no effect on customer loyalty. (7) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
