Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Eiger Store Di Boyolali
ABSTRACT
Business development is currently on the rise due to its rapid growth. Companies
in the outdoor industry must try hard to ensure their business survives due to intense
competition in the business world. This study aims to determine how perceptions of product
quality, service quality, and price affect customer satisfaction at the Eiger Store in
Boyolali. This type of research is included in the study. Eiger store consumers in Boyolali
are the research subjects. This study used a questionnaire as data collection material. The
sampling technique used in this study was non probability sampling and the type of
sampling used was purposive sampling with a total research sample of 100 respondents.
The variables used in this study consist of 2 types, namely the independent variable
(X) and the dependent variable (Y). The product quality variable (X1), service quality
variable (X2), and price variable (X3) are the independent variables of this study. The
dependent variable of this study is the consumer satisfaction variable (Y). The data
obtained is processed using the spss v.23 program. The results of this study indicate that
product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service
quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a
positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality,
