Pengaruh Lokasi, Desain Bangunan, dan Kualitas Bangunan Terhadap Minat Beli Pada Perumahan Komersial Di Wilayah Solo Raya
ABSTRACT
The increasing need for housing means high opportunities in the property business, especially in the housing sector, this can trigger competition between companies so that each company must have a strategy to increase sales. It is hoped that the application of the Location, Building Quality and Personal Selling variables in this research can help entrepreneurs in selecting strategies to increase the buying interest of potential consumers to produce a purcashing decision.
The type of research use quantitative research methods. The population used in this research is all people who live in the Solo Raya area. The sampling technique use a non probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling technique. The sample size was 171 respondents. The data used in primary data originating from questionnaire answers. Primary data processing uses the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 analysis tool.
The result of the research show that the variables Location, Building Quality and Personal Selling have a positive and significant effect on interest in purcashing Commercial Housing in the Greater Solo Area.
