Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Dengan Metode Customer Satisfaction Index Dan Importance Performance Analysis (Studi pada Konsumen Bubble Waffle Solo)
ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to evaluate the level of consumer satisfaction and
identify potential improvements in the Marketing Mix 7P attributes at Bubble
Waffle SoloThe data used in this research comes from primary data obtained
through distributing questionnaires to consumers who make direct purchases at
Bubble Waffle Solo. Sampling was carried out using the Non-Probability
sampling method, with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out
using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance
Analysis (IPA) methods with SPSS 23 software support.
The results show that the level of consumer satisfaction with Bubble
Waffle Solo is 73.9% in the "Satisfied" category, according to the CSI method.
Meanwhile, IPA analysis identifies attributes that require further attention to be
improved in order to maintain consumer satisfaction. Thus, the results of these
two methods provide a comprehensive understanding of consumer satisfaction
and provide insight for Bubble Waffle Solo in its efforts to improve the quality of
its products and services.
