PENGARUH FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE, FINANCIAL ATTITUDE, FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM (STUDI PADA UMKM “COFFEE SHOP” DI SOLO RAYA)

ABSTRACT

This research aims to examine the influence of MSME performance as
measured using the variables financial knowledge, financial attitude, financial
technology, and locus of control on "Coffee Shop" MSMEs in Solo Raya. The data used
in this research is primary data collected using a questionnaire. The population in this
study was the UMKM "Coffee Shop" in Solo Rava, with the sample collection technique
carried out using purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 75 respondents.
The analytical tool used in this research was IBM SPSS Statistics 25.
The results of this research show that financial knowledge has an influence on
MSME performance. Meanwhile, financial attitude, financial technology, and locus of
control have no effect on MSME performance.
