Peran E-Commerce dan Media Sosial Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UMKM (Studi Pada UMKM di Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of e-commerce and social media
usage on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises
(MSMEs) in Surakarta. This study used a purposive sampling technique and data
analysis techniques used is Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The data
collection technique used in this research is questionnaires with the total sample
obtained are 100 MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce and social
media have positive effect on the financial performance of MSMEs.
