Pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Ownership Concentration Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Infrastruktur Tahun 2018-2022

ABSTRAK

This research aims to determine the influence of Capital Structure
variables and Ownership Concentration to Return On Asset (ROA), Return On
Equity (ROE), dan Return On Sales (ROS). This research analyzes infrastructure
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary
data, namely data obtained from the financial reports of infrastructure companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2022. The population in this
research is all infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange
in 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling A
final sample of 40 companies was obtained with 5 years of observation, so that the
observed data was 200 samples. The data analysis technique in this research uses
panel data regression analysis using the EViews 12.
The results of this research show that the capital structure variable has a
negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Return
On Sales (ROS). Meanwhile, the Ownership Concentration variable does not show
any influence on Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Return On
Sales (ROS)..
