Pengaruh Transparansi, Religiusitas, Profesionalitas, dan Akuntabilitas Terhadap Tingkat Kepercayaan Muzaki Membayar Zakat (Studi Kasus:Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) diKota Yogyakarta)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of transparency, religiosity,
professionalism and accountability on the level of confidence of muzaki in paying
zakat. This study uses a case study of BAZNAS in Yogyakarta City with quantitative
methods. This study data uses primary data using data collection techniques in the
form of a questionnaire survey.
The population in this study are people who live in Yogyakarta and have given zakat
through BAZNAS Yogyakarta City. The sample in this research was 94 muzaki. The
sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used
in this study is multiple regression analysis with data processing performed using
SPPS version 23.
Based on the analysis of the data used, it shows that the variables transparency
(X1), professionalism (X3) and accountability (X4) have a positive and significant
effect on the muzaki trust level variable (Y). Meanwhile, the religiosity variable
(X2) has a negative effect on the muzaki belief level variable (Y).
