PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DAN RATE OF GROWTH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN SAAT INI DAN MASA DEPAN PADA BANK UMUM SYARIAH YANG TERDAFTAR DI OTORITAS JASA KEUANGAN TAHUN 2017-2022

ABSTRACT

This research aims to examine the influence of Intellectual Capital and
ROGIC on the current and future financial performance of Sharia Commercial
Banks in Indonesia which are registered with the Financial Services Authority
2017-2022. This research is quantitative research with secondary data. The
population of this research is all Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) registered with
the Financial Services Authority for the 2017-2022 period. The sampling
technique in this research used a purposive sampling method. The sample for this
research was 8 Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) with a total of 48 data for the
first equation and 40 data for the second equation. The hypothesis testing method
in this research uses a panel data regression model with the Random Effect Model
approach. This research uses Eviews 10 software. The results of this research
show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on current and future financial
performance. Meanwhile, ROGIC has no influences on future financial
performance.
