IMPLEMENTASI PEMBIAYAAN SERTA MANAJEMEN RISIKI PEMBIAYAAN TERHADAP PETERNAK SAPI (Studi Kasus BMT An Nuur Kecamatan Simo)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the mitigation carried out by Islamic financial
institutions, especially at BMT AN NUUR located in Simo District, Boyolali
Regency which is related to risk management for financing carried out by cattle
farmers who are customers at BMT AN NUUR. This study uses qualitative
methods by conducting interviews with resource persons who work as cattle
farmers who have obstacles when conducting farms related to breeding. As well as
conducting interviews and discussions with BMT AN NUUR regarding the
handling or mitigation carried out against the risks that occur in the cultivation of
cattle farmers.
The results of this study provide information that BMT before conducting
funding applies the 5C principle to anticipate unwanted risks. If there is a risk in
the funding process, BMT analyzes farmers through several procedures and
provides some considerations to ease the funding process such as providing
extended time to make installments, providing installment relief such as not paying
services only paying the principal installments, and the final way of discussion is
to conduct an auction on the agreed collateral. The risk mitigation process begins
with arriving customers who are late in paying installments and will be given SP 1
to 3 if it still does not produce results, it is delegated to the TOP (Funding
Optimization Team) and can reach the authorities.
