PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN CITRA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH PADA BANK BSI PURWODADI
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the quality of service and company image on customer loyalty at BSI Bank in Purwodadi. The type of this research is field research. The population of this study were all customers at BSI Purwodadi. Bank with a sample of 100 customers. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique, non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Data analysis was carried out using analysis technique, namely SPSS for Windows software. The research result show that service quality and company image have a significant positive effect on customers loyalty.
