Pengaruh kualitas layanan,keamanan dan fitur aplikasi dalam bertransaksi melalui BSI Mobile (studi kasus pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of service quality, security and application features on consumer satisfaction in transactions via BSI Mobile. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection technique use questionnaires. The population of this research is FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students, numbering 3,663 and the sample the data used were 97 respondents. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS version 25. Based on the research result, it shows that the service quality variable (X₁) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with calculation result based on the T hitung > T table number of 3,160>1,982 and the significant figure is 0,002 T table number of 2,115 > 1,982 and the significant number is 0,37 < 0,05 states that H₂ is accepted. The application feature variable (X₃) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfactions (Y) with calculation results based on the T hitung > T table number of 3,324 > 1,982 and the significant figure is 0,001 < 0,05 states that H₃ is accepted.
