ABSTRACT

Product quality and excellent service are important things for the company.
Likewise, trust is also important for companies. Customers who are happy with the
products, services and trust given to them will make these customers satisfied. The aim
of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of product quality, excellent
service and trust on the satisfaction of KSPPS Nusa Umat Sejahtera members. The
population in this study were members of the KSPPS Nusa Umat Sejahtera using a
purposive sampling technique and a research sample of 94 samples was obtained. The
dependent variable (Y) from this research is member satisfaction. The independent
variables (X) are product quality, excellent service and trust. The method used is a
quantitative research method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary
data using SPSS data processing analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, this
research shows that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on member
satisfaction, 2) Service excellence has a positive and significant effect on member
satisfaction, and 3) trust has a positive and insignificant effect on member satisfaction.
