PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP LOYALITAS ANGGOTA PADA KSPPS BMT YAQAWIYYU KANTOR CABANG JATINOM KABUPATEN KLATEN
ABSTRACT
This study is aimed to determine the effect of service quality on member
loyalty at KSPPS BMT Yaqawiyyu Jatinom Branch. This research uses quantitative
methods with a population of all members of BMT Yaqawiyyu Jatinom Branch as
many as 20,500 members. The sampling technique in this study used accidental
sampling with a sample of 100 respondents, data obtained through the distribution
of questionnaires directly. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program.
The results of this study show that tangible, responsiveness, and assurance
variables have no effect on the loyalty of BMT Yaqawiyyu Jatinom Branch
members, while for reliability and empathy variables affect the loyalty of BMT
Yaqawiyyu Jatinom Branch members. Simultaneously the variables tangible,
reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy affect the loyalty of BMT
Yaqawiyyu Jatinom Branch members.
