ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS SISTEM, KUALITAS INFORMASI, DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA QRIS MENGGUNAKAN METODE DELONE & MC LEAN DI SURAKARTA (Studi kasus Masyarakat Pengguna QRIS di Kota Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
Cashless payment has become a more efficient transaction method and is a
significant catalyst for recent economic growth. Digital payment methods using
QRIS are increasingly popular, and the number of merchants continues to
increase. However, the number and value of transactions that occur in the QRIS
are still low. The number of less active merchants who do not use the QRIS as the
main transaction choice can influence that.
This study aims to analyze the level of User Satisfaction with the Delone
and Mc Lean Method for QRIS users in Surakarta City. The population of this
study is the QRIS user society in the city of Surakarta. The primary data is
received from respondents’ answers through questionnaires given to QRIS users
in Surakarta City.
The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, and the method used
is purposive sampling. The sample used amounted to 100 respondents. This study
is included in Quantitative research. It utilized Inner Model and Outer Model data
analysis, and the tools used were SmartPLS 3.0.
The results of the Path Coefficient test show that System Quality has a
positive and significant effect on the use of QRIS in Surakarta, with a t-statistic
value of 2.376 and a P-value of 0.018. System Quality positively and significantly
affects QRIS user satisfaction in Surakarta with a t-statistic value of 3.225 and a
P-value of 0.001. Information quality has a positive and significant effect on using
QRIS in Surakarta, with a t-statistic value of 2.356 and a P-value of 0.019.
Information quality positively and significantly affects QRIS user satisfaction in
Surakarta, with a t-statistic value of 2.821 and a P-value of 0.005. Service Quality
has a negative and insignificant effect on using QRIS in Surakarta, with a t-
statistic value of 0.815 and a P-value of 0.415. Service quality positively and
significantly affects QRIS user satisfaction in Surakarta, with a t-statistic value of
2.129 and a P-value of 0.034. Usage has a positive but insignificant effect on
QRIS user satisfaction in Surakarta, with a t-statistic value of 1.065 and a P-value
of 0.102. Usage positively and significantly affects the Net Benefits of QRIS in
Surakarta, with a t-statistic value of 3.402 and a P-value of 0.001. User
Satisfaction positively and significantly affects the Net Benefits of QRIS in
Surakarta, with a t-statistic value of 2.129 and a P-value of 0.034.
