PENGARUH BRAND AWARENESS, KEPERCAYAAN, DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN UMAT MUSLIM MEMBAYAR DONASI MELALUI PLATFORM CROWFUNDING KITABISA
ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness, trust
and security on the decision of Muslims to pay donations through the Kitabisa
Crowdfunding Platform. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of
primary data. The data collection method uses questionnaires and is processed
using the SPSS 23 program. The sample obtained was 100 respondents who were
Muslim people in Surakarta who had previously paid donations through the
Kitabisa platform. The results of this research show that the variables brand
awareness, trust and security partially have a positive and significant effect on the
decision of Muslims to pay donations through the Kitabisa crowdfunding
platform.
