Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Kemudahan, dan Fitur Produk BSI Mobile Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (Studi pada Masyarakat Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
Technological developments bring innovation from banking in the form of
bank digitalization, one of which is BSI servicesMobile. This research aims to
determine the influence of service quality, convenience and product features
variables on customer satisfaction at Indonesian sharia banks in Surakarta City,
because Surakarta City is the most populous city in Central Java Province with the
majority of the population being Muslim and has been collaborating with the bank
since in 2018 as a transaction provider and achieved a MURI record for digitizing
transactions.
This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this
study is the people of Surakarta City who are or have used BSI services Mobile, this
research uses the method purposive sampling A sample of 400 respondents was
obtained from distributing questionnaires and then analyzed using the multiple
linear regression analysis method using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the
study showed that the variables of service quality, convenience, and product
features have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of BSI
Mobile users in Surakarta.
