Pengaruh Literasi Digital, Kemudahan, Manfaat, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Minat Membayar Zakat, Infaq, dan Shadaqah Melalui Aplikasi Pembayaran Online
ABSTRACT
The development of the internet and social media in Indonesia is 212.9 million
people in 2023 or 77%. The rapid growth of internet users opens opportunities and
challenges for companies to switch through Financial Technology digital services.
Human needs are increasingly helped by the existence of fintech, especially for
Muslims in carrying out their worship and obligations. Fintech Crowdfunding is a
digital innovation in channeling zakat, infaq, and shadaqah. This study aims to
determine the effect between Digital Literacy, Ease, Benefits, and Trust on Interest in
Paying Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah through Online Payment Applications. This type
of research uses quantitative research. The sample used was 100 respondents who
work as civil servants and live in Tegal regency. The sampling technique used non
porbability sampling with purposive sampling through google form and questionnaire
directly. Data processing using the IBM Statistical Package For The social Sciens
(SPSS) Program Version 25. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear
regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that digital literacy (X1) and
benefits (X3) have a significant effect on the interest in paying zakat, infaq, and
shadaqah through online payment applications. Meanwhile, convenience (X2) and
trust (X4) have no significant effect on the interest in paying zakat, infaq, and shadaqah
through online payment applications.
