PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN SYARIAH, KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN FITUR LAYANAN TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN MOBILE BANKING BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (Studi pada Masyarakat Muslim di Kecamatan Kartasura)

ABSTRACT

The study aims to find out the influence of Sharia financial literacy, quality
of services, and features of services on the use of Mobile Banking Shariah Bank
Indonesia on Muslim companies in the district of Kartasura.
This research uses quantitative methods, using primary and secondary data.
The population of this study is a Muslim community in the district of Kartasura that
has used BSI Mobile Sampling technique is purposive sampling using Slovin
formula which produced as many as 103 respondents. Data collection techniques
using questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out with instrument testing, classical
assumption testing, model accuracy testing, linear double regression testing and
hypothesis testing.
The results of this study show that the financial literacy variables and the
features of the services have a positive and significant impact, while the quality of
the service has no significant impact on the use of Mobile Banking Shariah Bank
Indonesia.
