ANALISIS PENGARUH MARKETING MIX TERHADAP MINAT MAHASISWA MENGGUNAKAN LAYANAN BSI SMART FEBI UIN RADEN MAS SAID SURAKARTA
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategy
(marketing mix) on student interest in using BSI Smart FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said
Surakarta services. The population in this research were students from the Faculty
of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, both those
who had used and those who had never used BSI Smart services. The sample in this
study was determined using the Slovin formula with 370 respondents and using
simple random sampling data collection techniques.
This research uses quantitative research methods with data analysis
techniques, namely multiple linear regression. The data source for this research
uses primary data sources which are processed using IBM SPSS 25 software. The
variables used in this research are the Promotion, Price, People, Product, Place
variables. , Physical Evidence, Process and one dependent variable, namely
interest in use. The results of this research show that the variables Price, Product,
Physical Evidence, Process have a significant positive effect on students' interest
in using BSI Smart FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta services. Meanwhile, the
Promotion, people, Place and Physical Evidance variables do not have a
significant effect on students' interest in using the BSI Smart FEBI UIN Raden Mas
Said Surakarta service.
