ANALISIS MANFAAT, KEMUDAHAN, KEAMANAN DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA MOBILE BANKING (BIMA MOBILE SYARIAH) (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality of the Bima Mobile
application, a Mobile Banking application from Bank Jateng. In this study, the
variables examined were benefits, convenience, security, and trust in customer
satisfaction when using Bima Mobile. This research uses quantitative methods
through online questionnaires. The sample of this study consisted of 100
respondents, consisting of students of Raden Mas Said State Islamic University,
Faculty of Economics, and Islamic Business, who are Bima Mobile user customers.
The data obtained was processed using SPSS version 23 and analyzed using
multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis used in this study includes
Instrument Test (Validity test and Reliability test), Classical Assumption Test
(Normality test, Multicollinearity test, and Heteroscedasticity test), Model Stability
Test (F test, and R2 Determination Coefficient test), Multiple Linear Regression
Test and Hypothesis Result test (T-Test). Based on the research results conducted by
the researcher, the T-test shows that the benefits, convenience, and security
variables do not partially influence customer satisfaction in using Bima Mobile. In
contrast, the trust variable significantly influences customer satisfaction when
using Bima Mobile.
