Pengaruh Self Service Technology Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Pengguna Layanan Digital Bank Syariah Indonesia (Studi Kasus Nasabah BSI KC Solo Slamet Riyadi 2)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of usefulness, ease of use, and
security variables on customer satisfaction with Bank Syariah Indonesia digital
services in transactions using ATMs and BSI Mobile. The population in this study
were customers who used the digital services at BSI KC Solo Slamet Riyadi 2 with
a sample of 110 respondents.
The sampling technique in the study used a non-probability sampling
method of purposive sampling type, the researcher took a sample with a purposive
sampling technique or each sample unit from a population was considered with
certain criteria to be sampled. The type of data used is primary data sourced
directly from respondents which is presented in the form of a likert scale. The data
collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The statistical method
used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3 program.
The results of this study are that there is no significant effect of usefulness
on satisfaction, there is a significant effect of ease of use on satisfaction, there is a
significant effect of security on satisfaction.
