PENGARUH PERSEPSI MANFAAT, KEMUDAHAN, DAN RISIKO TERHADAP MINAT MENGGUNAKAN BANK DIGITAL ALADIN SYARIAH PADA GENERASI Z DI KOTA SURAKARTA

ABSTRACT

The research aims to determine the influence of perceived benefits,
perceived of ease of use, and risk on interest in using the Aladin Syariah Digital
Bank among Generation Z in Surakarta City. This study adopts a quantitative
research approach and utilizes primary data. The population consist of Generation
Z users of Digital Banks in Surakarta City, the exact number of which is unknown.
The sample in this study was 96 respondents selected through probability using
simple random sampling method. The data collection was conducted through
distributing questionnaires via google form and analyzed using multiple linear
regression analysis method with SPSS version 21. The results indicate that
perceived benefits and perceived of ease of use have a positive and significant effect
on interest in using the Aladin Syariah Digital Bank among Generation Z in
Surakarta City. Meanwhile, risk doesn’t effect and isn’t significant on interest in
using the Aladin Syariah Digital Bank among Generation Z in the City of Surakarta.
