Pengaruh Kemudahan, Kegunaan, Fitur Layanan, dan Risiko Terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan BSI Mobile Pada Nasabah Bank Syari'ah Indonesia Kota Madiun

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of convenience,
usability, service features and risks on the decision to use BSI Mobile for Bank
Syariah Indonesia customers in Madiun City. This research uses a quantitative
approach in the form of primary and secondary data. The population in this
research is Bank Syariah Indonesia Madiun City customers. The variables in this
research are dependent and independent variables. The dependent variable is the
decision to use BSI Mobile (Y), and the independent variables are convenience (X1),
usability (X2), service features (X3) and risk (X4).
The sampling technique used purposive sampling using the Lemeshow
formula which resulted in a sample of 385 respondents. Data analysis used multiple
linear regression with the IBM SPSS version 23 application. Based on statistical
methods, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test,
Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), F Test (Simultaneous), T Test
(Partial Test), and Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square), and Multiple
Regression Analysis.
The research results show that 1) Convenience influences the decision to
use BSI Mobile for Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in Madiun City 2) Usability
influences the decision to use BSI Mobile for Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in
Madiun City 3) Service features influence the decision to use BSI Mobile for
customers Bank Syariah Indonesia Madiun City 4) Risk influences the decision to
use BSI Mobile for Bank Syariah Indonesia Madiun City customers
