Pengaruh Persepsi Kemudahan, Persepsi Manfaat dan Pengetahuan terhadap Niat Menggunakan QRIS oleh Pelaku UMKM (Studi Pada Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kuliner di Kecamatan Karangmalang, Sragen)
ABSTRACT
Technology has a huge influence on every aspect of human life. The current
development of information technology is characterized by access to the digital era
and an increase in the number of internet users. Bank Indoneisa issued a nation QR
Code called QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) which aims to
simplify electronic digital finance transactions. QRIS provides benefits for merchants
as a practical payment medium and makes it easier to increase sales. The aim to this
research is to determine the influence of perceived convenience, perceived benefits
and knowledge on the intention to use QRIS for culinary micro-entrepreneurs in
Karangmalang District. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of
primary data. The data collection method was carried out by distributing
questionnaires and processing the data using SPSS version 26. The sampling
technique used purposive sampling with a non-probability sampling method. The
sample abtained was 110 respondents and were micro business actors who had not
used QRIS. The result of this research show that the convenience variable has no
significant effect on intention to use, while the benefit and knowledge variables have
a significant effect on the intention to use QRIS by micro business actors in
Karangmalang District.
