Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Gaya Hidup Hedonis, dan Teman Sebaya Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi di Wilayah Surakarta

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of sharia financial
literacy, hedonic lifestyle, and peers on the financial behavior of university
students in the Surakarta area. This research uses quantitative methods. The data
used in this research is primary data. Data collection was carried out by
distributing questionnaires directly and via Google forms.
The population in this study were university students in the Surakarta area.
The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling metho
with a total sample of 100 students obtained by the Slovin formula. The data was
processed using the SPSS version 20 then analyzed using validity tests, reliability
tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple
linear regression analysis tests, simultaneous tests, coefficient of determination
tests, hypothesis tests.
The results show that sharia financial literacy has a positive and significant
influence on the financial behavior of university students in the Surakarta area.
Meanwhile, a hedonic lifestyle has no influence and are not sigsignificant
influence on the financial behavior of university students in the Surakarta area.
And peers have no influence and are not significant on the financial behavior of
college students in the Surakarta area.
