Pengaruh Sharia Compliance, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota BMT Amanah Ummah

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the influence of sharia compliance, service quality
and trust on the satisfaction of BMT Amanah Ummah members. This research uses
quantitative methods by collecting primary data obtained from distributing
questionnaries directly to BMT Amanah Ummah members with a sample size of 150
respondents.
The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the accidental
sampling method as the sample determination technique. The data analysis
techniques used in this research are instrument testing, classical assumption
testing, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression testing with the help of
SPSS version 25.
The research results show that partially the sharia compliance variable has no
effect on member satisfaction, while the service quality variable and trust variable
have positive and significant effect on member satisfaction.
