Pengaruh Pengetahuan Produk, Citra Merek, da Kepercayaan Merek Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Produk BSI Griya SiMuda
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product knowledge,
brand image and brand trust on the interest of the people of Surakarta City in
using BSI Griya SiMuda products. The population of this study is classified as an
infinitive category where the population size is not yet known, so the researchers
used the sample determination method according to Ferdinand (Ferdinand,
2014). There are 16 indicators used in this research. The minimum number of
samples required is 128 if a minimum of seven indicators are used. Researchers
chose 150 samples to make research easier. This research uses quantitative
research methods using questionnaires as data collection material which is
analyzed using SPSS 25 software.
The results of this research show that 1) Product Knowledge has a positive and
significant effect on Interest in Using BSI Griya SiMuda Products. 2) Brand
Image has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Using BSI Griya SiMuda
Products. 3) Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Using
BSI Griya SiMuda Products.
So it can be concluded that Bank Syariah Indonesia is expected to be more
aggressive in providing information related to the products it has. Moreover, the
BSI Griya SiMuda product is able to provide new references for the younger
generation to be able to own a home. Because the younger generation still has a
long future and has a better chance of owning the house of their dreams.
