Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Wilayah Klaten
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, brand image and
trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Klaten Regency. This
research uses quantitative methods and is analyzed using IBM SPSS version 26.
Data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, classical
assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test),
multiple linear regression analysis, F test, coefficient of determination test , and
partial t test. The data source used in this research uses primary data obtained
through questionnaires. The respondents in this research were customers of Bank
Syariah Indonesia in Klaten Regency. The sample obtained was 100 respondents
with a sampling technique using purposive sampling.
Based on the results of research using the partial t test, it shows that service quality
has an effect on customer satisfaction in Klaten Regency, with a value of Sig. equal
to 0.029 < 0.05. Brand image influences customer satisfaction in Klaten Regency,
with a value of Sig. of 0.000 < 0.05 and Trust has an effect on customer satisfaction
in Klaten Regency, with a Sig value of 0.009 < 0.05.
