FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN QRIS PADA GENERASI MILENIAL DI WONOGIRI

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence the use
of QRIS among the millennial generation in Wonogiri. This research uses the
TAM2 model from Vankatesh and Davis (2000). TAM2 is a model for assessing
user behavior in accepting technology.
This research uses primary data sources obtained from distributing
questionnaires. The sample for this research was 399 respondents, using a
purposive sampling technique. Using quantitative methods and analyzing data
using multivariate tools using AMOS version 24.
Based on the results of this research, it shows that the positive subjective norm

variable has a significant impact on image with a CR of 2.22 > 1.96 and a P-
value of 0.02 < 0.05. The subjective norm variable has no significant effect on

the perceived usefulness variable, with CR 1.01 < 1.96 and P-value 0.52 > 0.05.
The significant experience variable is able to moderate the subjective norm
variable on intention to use, amounting to CR 2,18 > 1.96 and P-value 0.00 >
0.05. The voluntariness variable is significantly able to moderate the subjective
norm variable on intention to use, amounting to CR 1.97 > 1.96 and P-value
0.05 < 0.05. The image variable has no significant effect on the perceived
usefulness variable, CR -0.25 < 1.96 P-value 0.79 > 0.05. The variables job
relevance, output quality, result demonstrability, perceived ease of use have a
significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. The variables perceived ease
to use and perceived usefulness do not significantly influence the variable
intention to use. The intention to use variable is positively significant on usage
behavior at CR 2.37 > 1.96 and P-value 0.01 < 0.05. The perceived ease of use
variable on usage behavior has an indirect influence of 8%. The subjective
norm variable on perception usefulness provides a direct influence of 95%.
