ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine whether the factors of ease of use, usefulness
and trust in the decision to use Islamic mobile banking in Sragen. This study uses
quantitative methods with primary data taken by distributing questionnaires. The
number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, with the sampling
technique using purposive sampling technique. The data obtained is then
processed with the IBM SPSS version 25 program, then the data analysis
techniques in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test,
heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, R2 determination test, multiple linear
regression analysis and t test.
The results of this study indicate that ease of use has a positive and
significant effect on the use of Islamic mobile banking, these results can be seen
through the results of the tcount > ttable test, which is 2.262 > 1.984 and a
significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. Then usefulness has a positive and significant
effect on the use of Islamic mobile banking. Then the usefulness has a positive and
significant effect on the use of Islamic mobile banking, these results can be seen
through the results of the t test which shows that the tcount > ttable value is 4.633
> 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The last variable is trust with
the test results of tcount> ttable, which is 11.217 > 1.984 with a significance of
0.000 < 0.05, which means that it has a positive and significant effect on the use
of Islamic mobile banking.
