PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN, KEMUDAHAN DAN RISIKO TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA DALAM MENGGUNAKAN LAYANAN M-BANKING BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA

ABSTRACT

The research in this thesis is motivated by the phenomenon of the
increasing development of the community economy which is supported by
technology and the internet. For example, every semester when paying the
Single Tuition Fee (UKT), many students choose to queue in front of the
bank which fills the bank area. In fact, by using m-banking services,
transactions can be carried out from any location as long as there are
facilities to access them. There are several factors that influence a person's
decision to use information technology, namely trust, convenience and risk.
The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) Does trust
influence students' decisions in using Bank Syariah Indonesia's m-banking
services?, (2) Does convenience influence students' decisions in using Bank
Syariah Indonesia's m-banking services?, (3) Does Does the risk influence
students' decisions in using Bank Syariah Indonesia's m-banking services?
This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, using
multiple linear regression analysis techniques, validity and reliability
testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this research show that trust, convenience and risk
have a positive and significant effect on students' decisions in using Bank
Syariah Indonesia's M-Banking services.
