KEPUTUSAN NASABAH MENGGUNAKAN BSI MOBILE DIKOTA SURAKARTA DITINJAU DARI KEMUDAHAN TRANSAKSI,DAYA GUNA DAN RISIKO

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of ease of transaction, usability and
risk on customer’s decisions to use BSI Mobile. The population in this study are
the people of Surakarta city as customers of the Indonesia Sharia Bank (BSI) with
a sample of 190 repondents who use BSI Mobile. This research was conducted
using quantitative methodology, using questionnaires as data collection materials,
which were analyzed with the help of Smart PLS software, and sampling
techniques with as purpossive sampling.
Based on the result of the analysis, it has to be known that the variable
ease of transaction, usability and risk has effect on the decision of the Indonesian
Sharia Bank customer at the Surakarta City to use BSI Mobile. This explains that
all variables have a positive and significant effects.
