Faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Fitur BI Fast Pada Aplikasi BSI Mobile
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the factors that influence customer
satisfaction with the BI Fast feature in the BSI Mobile application. This is a
quantitative research, while the data used is primary data. The population in the
research is all customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Office Wonogiri, which
amounts to 5,000 customers.
In this research, a questionnaire was used as the data collection technique.
This research uses non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques.
The method of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression
analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science 25 (SPSS 25) data
processing application. Samples were taken from BSI Mobile Wonogiri regency
users who have used the BI Fast feature.
The results of this research indicate that price transparency, price relativity,
price trust, price reliability, and price fairness simultaneously have a positive and
significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price Transparency, Price Relativeness,
and Price Fairness variables partially ineffectively affect Customer Satisfaction
variables. In contrast, the variables of price trust and price reliability partially
influence customer satisfaction.
