Analisis Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Dengan Metode Importance Perfomnace Analysis (Studi Kasus BSI KCP Sutoyo Kota Tegal)
Abstract
This research uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Method to analyze the
quality of service and customer satisfaction of BSI KCP Sutoyo. The research data
came from a questionnaire filled by 150 respondents with the Rascoe sampling
technique. Then the collected data is calculated the answer gap and analyzed
cartesian diagram. The results of the analysis show that the company must improve
services in quadrant 1. Because it provides unsatisfactory service for customers and
is considered important by customers. The results showed that BSI KCP Sutoyo Kota
tegal needs to improve and consider all features that are considered lacking and need
to be improved to increase customer satisfaction.
