PENGARUH FITUR LAYANAN, KEMUDAHAN, KEMANFAATAN, TINGKAT KEAMANAN, DAN RISIKO TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENGGUNAKAN MOBILE BANKING BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA

ABSTRACT

This Study aims to determine the effect of service features, convenience,
benefis, level of security and risk on scholar decision to use mobile banking.
The population in this study of this UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta with a
sample of 385 respondents who use mobile banking.This research was
conducted using quantitative methodology, using questionnaires as data
collection materials, which were analyzed with the help of SPSS software,
and sampling techniques with as much purposive sampling.
Based on the result ofe the analysis, it has to be known that the variable
service features, convenience, benefis, level of security and risk significant
effect on decision to use mobile banking Bank Syariah Indonesia.
