ABSTRACT
THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION, BELIEFS, RELIGIUS, SOCIAL
ENVIRONMENT, AND KNOWLEDGE ON THE DECISION TO USE
CONVENTIONAL AND SHARIA BANK SERVICES
(Study of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta Students)
This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, trust,
religiosity, social environment and knowledge on the decision to use two
conventional and sharia banking services by UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta
students.
This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study
were students at UIN Raeden Mas Said Surakarta, totaling 416 respondents and
analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research
are as follows: T test, motivation influences students' decisions in using two
conventional and sharia banking services. Trust influences students' decisions in
using two conventional and sharia banking services. Religiosity influences
students' decisions in using two conventional and sharia banking services. The
social environment influences students' decisions in using two conventional and
sharia banking services. Knowledge influences students' decisions in using two
conventional and sharia banking services.
The F test shows that motivation, trust, religiosity, social environment
and knowledge simultaneously and significantly influence students' decisions in
using two conventional and sharia banking services.
